For my 2 cents.. don't simply stuck in a job that you do not like for too long as you may not have chances to pull yourself out from there if you stucks too long.
At the same time, don't simply reject any job also.. as you needs money to survive..
If Money Vs Gaining Experiences and building your carrer path. I will vote for Gaining experiences and preparing yourself for better bargain in the future. Job hopping may get your salary up faster but it is not healthy for long run as if you don't have ingredient.. you won't able to stay in one company for long. And from your past working histories, one can easily decides to hire you or not as you have a bad record.

QUOTE(thefryingfox @ Mar 14 2006, 12:19 AM) dont look at pay too much but offcourse have to survive maybe 1.5k, go for chinaman company that give you fredom of experementing . choose company that will send you for training or benefits in term of supporting your certifications. fresh grad that want to look at money, please join helpdesk and be people's b**** The catch is it is pretty normal that Chinaman Company will not send you for Training or give you much benefits . I am not to say there are no.. but hard to Find. I have been working in 3 Chinaman Company before joining the MNC.. and it changed my POV about this.. used to think can learn more thing in Chinaman Company that do one leg kick but then.. looking around of my colleagues that is in this MNC since day one of their working life.. they gain pretty much more then what i got... not to say their salary too. QUOTE(eRiCCa @ Mar 14 2006, 10:48 AM) i think it's kinda hard to get a job offer these days, and usually fresh grads are not well paid... most of the people they looking for experienced people which is a bad news for the fresh grads... so i think it's better to grab the job and gain experiences then you can go for what you want... Hard to find a job or it is rather a candidates is not ready for the job. It hard to tell which way is true. My Manager has to go all the way to Universities looking for peoples as we cannot find any peoples interested to get a job... So ? is it hard for fresh grad to get a job ?? ( My manager is out to a local University today for interview Final Year Students ) My Department is looking for 10 peoples now.. Starting paid for fresh grad is RM2.5K and First Class Fresh Grad is RM2.7K but .. hmm... no one actually PM me at all . By the way, only EE and CS background that we are looking for.
