Hi, they sell Pal version for both Xmen 3 and Hitman, so i am just wondering, doesnt matter which format, i just think that it makes more sense to sell pal since it is region free for all system especially ntsc/j since it is in malaysia and most ppl use that version of xbox 360. And i saw that in your region free list, Moto GP 06 NTSC/U only region free for PAL, if anyone have tried it on NTSC/J and it works, someone please update it in the region free list. Thanks, Oh FYI , imbi mario sell the ntsc/u version, so i just been wondering and need comfirmation.

I'm new here, one quick question...

So basicly there is 3 version of XBOX 360

NTSC-J,

NTSC-U/C

PAL

But what is NTSC Asia? Really got confuse after reading the thread.

So which one is that best & which one should I get?

Asian 360s are NTSC-J

SO we should get NTSC-J coz game is cheaper & easier to find in Malaysia?

the answer is depends. ntsc-j is cheaper than ntsc-uc or pal, and is easier to find in malaysia. ntsc-uc are more likely to be released first before other region if the game developer is from north america, such as splinter cell and gear of war. for pal, well they really late and over priced, avoid at all cost unless you gonna migrate to pal region country.

Depends whether its NTSC-J (Japan) or NTSC-J (Asia) Basically NTSC-J (ASia) cheaper loh...the different is Asia got chinese language and english and manufactured in Singapore...japan all japan language and manufactured in Japan

One thing i like NTSC-J Jap Console is becoz it can play all the NTSC-J Asia version but not all of NTSC-J Asia Console can play NTSC-J Japan games...

some jap games hv english language too (eg. DOA4, RR6) and actually Japanese and PAL (the one i hv is for australia) games are manufactured in Singapore. don't know bout NTSC/UC games tho, the box doesn't say so.

So recomendation will be NTSC-J(asia) then.....
