You have decent IAS which can be useful when you dual wield. The IAS is a killer in TR set where it will drain your spirit real fast.

low IAS (some only keep 3 pcs inna & swap out pants for Blackthrone)
300AR 4k armor

Skorn / 2H, if LS is available then can farm high MP

You're kidding. That VW is superior in terms of ehp than edps. 753 +Armor is simply awesome compare to a 300+Armor shoulder. Bearing in mind that this monk is running without STI (love it!)

What lacks is the edps part, mainly from TWH belt, amulet, glove, rings, weapons.

Tried SK-Magda. Doable with little problem. Too bad my fraps didn't record down (ter-click stop button b4 uber)
