Ful Inna set really cacat. Especially pant n belt. Got vit no ar, got ar no vit. Agreed with feedoe, go for double vit chest if affordable. AR can bump from bracer, helm, pant, shoulder n shoe. Should hv no prob maintain 400AR.

I found inna belt with 70ar hv lower ehp than a cheapo 90 vit too.

I guess those imba monk hv> 1mil ehp n hv both ls n loh.
I met an imba monk in mp10 public game last week. Using sword n shield, 180k+ dps tanky like boss. My monk also pump up to 180k dps but so little compare to him..
After finished the game n check his profile, he hv 103k hp, 700+ AR, n hv both ls loh.

1. Not willing to spend RM
2. No luck on loots that could sale for billion golds
3. No golds to maintain balance DPS, hp, armor, ,resist, ls/loh
4. No luck to loot goldly gears for own use.

Luckily we have new crafting system. If not I bet very lease monks here hv $ to pump DPS to 180k-200k.

I play dh recently and found actually dh is much cheaper to setup compare with monk. This is mainly due to that godly gloom. U know, monk hv to rely on expensive LS weapon to handle higher mp while dh zero ls loh hv no issue doing higher mp. Also monk's life per spirit spent is a joke.

but for me, if i use manticore, no, i can't do higher mp;
but with calamity ... yes!

you have nice hp and armor.
you might need to change your glove and helm for better DPS.

i sacrifice armor and AR to push DPS, but still couldn't reach 200k DPS unbuff.
need a cc mempo to do the job, but it is damn expensive..

yuhhaur nice EF you have there. how much you bought it?

i also gear my follower with MF & GF gears.
however, i found that joining public game have more leg drop than playing alone with follower

i believe you can achieve that by crafting dex shoulder or changing higher dex inna radiance.
