Boohoooo.. managed to scan for LTE signal, using max4g and tried to register but failed.. oh well, guess we're not that lucky.. I'm in Puchong.

After reading through Maxis's WBB FAQs, I come across these "interesting" points regarding the LTE

Who is eligible for this offer?
The Offer is available to all new consumer customers.

There are quite a few other terms there that imply that the LTE will only be for new sign ups. Old customers can go die.. Yay Maxis~!

just today I discovered one new tower/cell in my area
but the speed is

just revert back the TX value to default (20)

btw, is 20 the real default value for mf680? not 23? anyone can confirm this?

If don't use cooler...performance will drop instantly...i use direct Usb fan blowing all the time.....

yeah it's original value and no direct sungliht..... if i don't use cooler..i feel the heat...and speed drop a bit..

Maybe in Farlim a bit cool than my place.....

have u tried it with E398? as me without tweaks to 23..the speed not fast

Oh yeah, just an update.. was at Sunway Pyramid Maxis just now and saja asked the personnel there about the 4G LTE and existing unlimited users.. the guy said it's automatic upgrade but when I said I already have an LTE modem which is able to scan the signal but unable to register.. he said "Tidak pasti" hahaha.. then he also asked if my modem is compatible, I said yes, 2600 band and after that he bengang d lol..

I believe your place will get LTE very soon, bro.

Get your things ready and hope for the best, maybe Maxis will give you suprise LTE package. 

My speedtest result is not worth to post now, never reach QoS nowadays, thanks to my handicapped E372.

I broke the gold colour connector/pin (the one inside E372, pin/connector to connect it to the Panel Antenna connector).

I think I grip the thing too hard until it breaks. 

Before this my Signal Strength was 93% maximum,  and now it's 77% maximum.

Before this I can break the 16000 QoS, now hardly reach 10Mbps. 

Hands itchy to get E398 but pocket is not friendly now. 

My plan by default no voice But don't have LTE modem to try

Why my QPST can't detect my MF680 eh?
COM 5 (which normally show the modem), will show "No Phone"
Tried with USB cable, hub, direct.. all the same..
And if still continue in RF NV, some sort of error pop up (saying that there's no phone...)
I don't have problem before this :/

I'm trying to lower the TX (last I checked.. it's at 23 IINM)

Followed the step before this..
And managed to change the TX value a few times before... (Up from 23 > 26 > 27.. and down to 26... I guess)...

But starting yesterday.. I can't do this anymore... (QPST doesn't detect the modem anymore...)..
Just wanna know of anybody experienced this?
