Maybe bro blacktubi can bring in the Vodafone B2000 and have it flashed to B593 firmware.. Cheaper maybe? And matches our E398 haha

They should be on the same chipset cuz I saw some unlocked B2000s supporting LTE 100Mbps downloads.. hmm..

Perhaps bro blacktubi can get more info haha.. They do look similar to me, but not sure if there are any changes due to telco contracts.. hopefully not biggrin.gif

Edit: After reading more.. it seems they are identical.. just rebranding. It is also rebranded to Telekom Speedbox LTE. Both the Vodafone B2000 and Telekom Speedbox LTE is Huawei B593

Yup, the limitations are set by the telco provider.. so if the B2000 is flashed with Huawei's stock firmware, it should perform like the original one biggrin.gif (fingers crossed)

Pretty true.. need to evaluate the speed first before splurging the dough. If ok, I might get this modem for the old folks to facebook or watch movies online back in Penang haha.

Just wondering, there's no way to make my old Sierra Wireless Mercury 885 to read Maxis Multi SIM? No problems reading my previous SIM till I changed to a newer SIM.. compatibility issues?

Routing on Maxis and Unifi can't load the website.. using VPN seems to bring me to an "Internal Server Error".. Anywhere else I can download this? smile.gif

Edit: Nvm, managed to get the Mobile Connect zip.. will take a look.. Is this the latest version?

Good day, anyone knows how to disable the mobile partner auto-launch everytime during system start-up?

Disabling autorun doesn't work.

Inside Settings>Options>General ?
Just uncheck the Launch with Windows..

But I'm not sure how to disable the app launch when you plug in the USB stick haha

Haha, don't know if can pay a fee to have the LTE feature ticked for existing legacy RM99 plan users hmm.. Since modem also have d.. we pay RM99 monthly (which is more than the required RM88) so, can skip all those and just pay for activation fee..

i think we stilll need maxis to register us on the LTE ,..  sad.gif

Yeah.. hopefully it's automatic or we need to upgrade. But when it comes to Maxis, upgrade means new line / fore-go your existing legacy plan. If that's the case, I'd rather stick with my existing plan lo.. mad.gif

I gave up trying LTE.

Using Connectify Dispatch I managed to combine my Unifi 10 mbps and my Maxis 20 mbps.

Downloading file using IDM, 32 connections.

Managed to push both line to Maximum Capacity.

Speed averaging 31 - 35 mbps.

I satisfied for now.. haha

Using the latest version of Dispatch - v4.1.0? There is a slight improvement for all algorithm due to bug fixes. wink.gif

For info, check here - http://www.connectify.me/new-release-conne...ispatch-v4-1-0/
