Maxis centre..and they denied an exchange..almost went into a fight..now we're going to launch a report to tribunal..they claim that apple doesn't allow that..as long as it's working then you cannot change..got another guy with dented ip5 also denied..the reason we didn't check it's because it's an outright set meant as a gift thus we didn't opened it..when asked they say if anything can come back and claim..niw they're saying this bullsh*t..we'll let's see what the court will say about that..
To be fair, If i'm Maxis, i will do the same to you too. You already bring back to home, no one know what you did to the phone. If you opened in front of the counter then different story. You choose to bring back home to open the seal, then you should bear the risk. If anythings can go back to them mean somethings like hardware failure, not some problem that can be cause by a soft hit on the edge.Maxis centre..and they denied an exchange..almost went into a fight..now we're going to launch a report to tribunal..they claim that apple doesn't allow that..as long as it's working then you cannot change..got another guy with dented ip5 also denied..the reason we didn't check it's because it's an outright set meant as a gift thus we didn't opened it..when asked they say if anything can come back and claim..niw they're saying this bullsh*t..we'll let's see what the court will say about that..
