My brother did just that..went back home..saw the defect..went back to klcc
Maxis centre..and they denied an exchange..almost went into a fight..now we're going to launch a report to tribunal..they claim that apple doesn't allow that..as long as it's working then you cannot change..got another guy with dented ip5 also denied..the reason we didn't check it's because it's an outright set meant as a gift thus we didn't opened it..when asked they say if anything can come back and claim..niw they're saying this bullsh*t..we'll let's see what the court will say about that..

I think they've messed up the stocks agains this time...and this kind of thing just pushed aside..well..let's see..I'm going to use social media first..then if no response then legal it is..
