ive encoutered the issue with my celcom set, which i collected juz now..luckily durin my inspection at the counter three boxes filled with iphone juz came in..so lucky me the manager allowed me to 1 to 1 change..the issue is not scuffed, but DENT! two big dent at the side (right side of the iphone, which mine is 64gig black and my other set is 16gig white-no issue). overall im satisfied with the celcom blue cube setiawalk, the juz allowd me to change without needing me to raise my voice:)
