My first unit got scuffs and dead pixels, Celcom give 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days.
My second unit no scuffs but got scratch on screen, if want to change again need to wait 1 month.
But one thing surprise me is that my cat play with it and drop it to the floor from table (drop direct to tiles, no carpet), nothing happen to the phone & I did not put any casing to the phone.

To confirm it, you will hear the same thing on the iphone4 (GSM) when tap on top adjacent to the camera. For iphone4s, you tap somewhere just below the micro-sim slot, you will hear that noise too. iphone4 has a typical "motor" looking vibrator, while iphone4s has a rounded, coin-battery looking vibrator.
