there is never a prebooking eventhough maxis used that word in all the ROI emails. Zero reason going Capsquare or keeping your nicely printed confirmation paper because its useless as maxis has depleted the launch stocks within 3 hours of launch yesterday giving away all your prebook units to others. If you wanted the phone with maxis plan, go Q up early tmrw at maxis centre. If dont need plan, buy from garage sale if urgent or Apple online store if can wait abit.

Another round of pissing customer, say no stock will notify when available, customer skip capsquare q and now said got stock..bravo Maxis!

Celcom is managing this so well, just check their thread customer satisfaction is their priority not about bragging right media coverage to have longest q for their launch...maxis really sucks big time

three places i went to said hv to wait 2 weeks for next batch (after new year) from my visit today:

kl sentral got 16gb, 32gb and 64gb but 32gb and 64gb are all booked units that they will only sell if buyer didnt come to collect. 16gb black n white are replenish daily, so go at 9am to secure your unit. sometimes they will ask u to come at 12pm as they no enough staff that know how to do registration.
