please avoid all college or unis with dodgy names.

ask yourself if you really want to graduate from a university, lacking all the proper training. once you graduate, other people around you who are better trained will look down on you. you will be depressed, having to face better trained people everyday.

hands on work is no joke. its not just about academics, but having enough hands on is equally important.

having said that, at least try to get into India.
