thats the sad part you need to find a so called partner that as desperate as you with keyboard warrior skill hoping its true on internet. Please la go meet real ppl outside,
Well, it depends on how you look at it. In this fast-pace world now, it's not like people usually still practise the conventional way of getting to know someone. As in, happen to meet each other at a place, a mall for example, and have the instant attraction towards one another, then exchange contacts and start hanging out... Click spoiler for my story...

I only experienced that twice, once when I was so much younger. A guy saw me at the train station, when I was with my friends, so he got my mIRC (and subsequently ICQ) from one of my friends and actually courted me like that. But that was then, long time ago. Similarly, I had a crush on someone I met during a camp, he was my friends' friend. I told him I liked him, but he had a gf back then, I just told him though I knew we didn't have a chance to be together, because I just wanted to express how I feel (instead of not doing so and having regrets later). And then, with my ex (my first and only official relationship before this current one), he saw me and loved the person he saw (he said it was love at first sight for him), he started courting me. But most Malaysian guys I know, are really not that courageous, more likely keyboard warriors, even those I know in real life. Honestly, I find it (finding someone on the Internet) silly too, but then again, you never know right? You still gotta start somewhere. And don't be too critical about online romance. Some may just shock you, surprise you in a good way. Anyway, I'd rather people get to know me by my personality first, than judging me with looks and all.
Okay. Sorry for the long story. Hahaha. But hope it somehow explains my point of view.
