The best denomination is none-denominational. 

Bible passages are multi-linked to each other.

Whenever there are obscure passages, I let Bible passages interpret other Bible passages.

God has hidden his meaning, all within the Bible context. That is why it's important to read through all the books in the Bible at least once.
You can throw back this question to those certain protestant denominations.

What about the dying thief then? He didn't go through baptism but yet Jesus accepted Him on the basis of his Faith at the cross.
I believe Baptism as well as the holy communion are must haves for those with the means to have as part of our obedience, alas salvation rests on faith. For those with the means, Faith must transform into work yes?
Is God inconsistent in his acceptance? No but the passage on the dying thief is the key witnesses and proof that our Salvation is by Faith alone.

I believe all Children goes to Heaven if they died before reaching adult.

Jesus Himself declares it.

When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

Luke 18:16 (NIV)

May sound superficial but I agree with what you said God being merciful and just towards death on infants, children, etc.

Yes you are right, you ARE protected by the blood of Jesus, No demons can simply attack you as they wish but
We also need to understand Demonic forces sometimes attached themselves to whatever area they can. As such they might call that place Home. 
They are territorial as well very much like predator animals. I don't have specific scripture reference to show this, but there are many instances in the Bible where God
forbade worship unto Idols made by the hands of Men, that alone is more than enough to know that there is a spiritual attachment behind those physical objects.

Deuteronomy 7:25-26
The images of their gods you are to burn in the fire. Do not covet the silver and gold on them, and do not take it for yourselves, or you will be ensnared by it, for it is detestable to the LORD your God. Do not bring a detestable thing into your house or you, like it, will be set apart for destruction. Regard it as vile and utterly detest it, for it is set apart for destruction.

Detestable thing is physical objects as you can see from the verse above. King James versions says in verse 26, It is a cursed thing!

When we try make our home in their territory, there will of course be war in the spiritual realms.

We all heard of things like haunted dolls, curse mirrors, etc. So we can more or less confirm there are demonic forces behind it.

My advise is get your Pastors AND (very important) Get a  prayer team to pray and intercede. (You can call the prayer tower for this)

AND get rid of every object in that house, tear down the walls if possible and demolish it.
