It's not about weak faith but terrible understanding of the Bible.

The same I see when you mention about what you read.

The Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit, you don't read the Bible as it is because the words there originated from the spirit of God.

You should pray to the one who wrote the book for better clarity and understanding.

Even there are passage I find it hard to understand but God gave me the right answer as I waited patiently on Him to reveal.

It may take weeks months years, doesn't matter. What matter is that we are patience with God.

That is the right way to God's word.

You cannot brush through the Bible and conclude as it is, that will give rise a lot of misinterpretation like how you misunderstood.

I talk from experience. 

but I'm nobody special.

If God can take care of me, He can take care of you too.

Used to be very hard to let go of worrying but now by God's grace, I don't worry anymore.

I don't do things in my own strength to ensure my survival.

I just let it go to God. He will supply all my need.

That is not an act of faith. Faith need works to put it into practice.

I give u a story of a man who lost his oars in while he was rowing his boat. So he let his faith save him, his boat move by the flow of the current. It pass by another fisherman's boat, "he ask the man, i'll pass my rope to you and then you pull your boat to my boat and "I'll tie our boats together". But the stupid man say, I have faith in god, he will guide me out of the torrents. Then his boat pass by, he saw a kid by the shoreline. The kid shouted out to him that he will call the rescue services to send a helicopter to rescue him. But the man refused, he say, by my faith god will pull me out of this. Then his boat reached a big waterfall, it fell, he drowned.

For me, whenever i face politics at church, I will stand up and shout injustice. I haven't said anything yet at that tmn bilon church, but i will say my peace soon. There is some discrimnation there, i don't like it. There are some young leaders who think they are the crem de la crem. Got one fat lady there, she even laugh at a mentally challenged youth there. She as a leader, discriminate other members, when she doesn't look at herself in the mirror (her biceps are as big as my head). I am gonna speak up.
