yes, sometimes if my close fren (collector/non collector) happens to be on the spot and call me, yes i will ask them to help me grab it if its something i wanted. Usually they know wat am into and wants.
(Taken into consideration on how to cod with them else i wont ask them to grab - like no time to cod and bla bla bla turn to FFK.. no nice lo. )
Some will just buy 1st then call and ask if any1 wanted those cars. Usually its a Hit or Miss with these. (More misses then hits lol)
Lastly would be like collector that posted in forum/FB and i ask them to help grab IF they see it again (only apply to collector that i know personally- stranger i dun ask). Or get location n i go get it myself.
for me, got or no have also its fine with me. just dun wan to trouble other ppl or owe ppl "yan ching" (owe ppl favour). As already bad in hunting myslef, cannot hunt and repay back others that help get me stuff kinda thingy, even if other are ok with it. that why prefer to hunt myself.
if bcos cannot find item n wanna quit.. then better dun start any hobbies at all.

let me start another story. i like telling story. lol.
let say you have a group of friend of 5 people.
scenario 1

you are very rajin and always go out and hunt, and today you found something new, you share with all the 5 ppl (let say A, B, C, D and E). after 2 days, you find somemore goodies, you share with them again. after 3 days, ABCDE all found the cars you pass to them. since you already have all the cars, them just buuy and keep them self. after 1 week, you found more goodies, you share with them. then after 1 month, you hit on new wave again, you share with them again. then it has become a habit that all ABCDE will just depend on you to get all the new release car (notice i mention new release car) since you are the most hard working and you are always the first to find new car. lol.
scenario 2

you are very rajin and always go out and hunt, and today you found something new, but this time there's only enough to share with 2 ppl only. so you chose to share it with A and B. Then C, D and E will start wondering why you share with A and B but not with them. but later A and B also found the car you pass to them, but they just keep quite and keep the car. at the end C, D and E can't find those car anymore. later after 1 month, new wave stuck again. this time C, D and E found it first. since you didn't give them the car that you give A and B last month, then they will just keep quite also why should they share with you. lol.
scenario 3

you are very rajin and always go out and hunt, and today you found something new, but this time there's only enough to share with 4 ppl only. because you do not want to offend anyone, you decided not to let anyone know and keep the 4 cars you get and wait till you can find 5 cars then only you share with ABCDE. then suddently this car is restock berlambak in the market, ABCDE all manage to find the car them self. you end up with 4 extra cars. lol.
above grandmother story is just example what you will bump into. the more people, the more politics. it's always been like this.
by all mean you can have a group of friends that help each other to hunt, but it has to be ppl that same passion and attitute with you. else the relation will turn sour and end up everyone is everyone "competitor/enemy". lol.
like one of my friend said to me: "baik sendiri collect sendiri, tak yah susah2 nak mintak tolong orang". haha.
