coz not all parts are snap fit, read the instructions (actually "look" coz it's in jap), u'll see some parts need to be "glued"
u'll need a plastic cement to glue it.
check out the modelling tutorial then u'll able to find wat u need to assemble this kit.

local shop (TM at BTS and xl-shop) shud carry the cement u'll need.
