I have been looking at shops all over Sungei Wang and assorted places in the klang valley and have come to the horrible realization that people don't use cement/glue to attach models to each other anymore. Something about accidentally attaching their hand to their hair or something.

In case you are wondering, weld cement dissolves a top layer of plastic at the applied area, creating a stronger (but potentially more messy) joint between two pieces of plastic model. When I describe this to model shopkeepers, they look at me like I'm from the moon. Or Wisconsin.

If there are any old school model buffs out there that know where I can buy this stuff, I would appreciate the help in pointing me in the right direction.

i tried Tamiya one's. its similar, but no dissolving effect. This cement actually melts off a layer (or two if u put too much) of the plastic.
