I wanted to ask

Are my power supply readings bad?

My PC crashes;
Blue Screen of Death
Gaming Crash
Windows Crash
PC hang out of no where (frozen)
Errors during stress test

Hardware monitor ITE IT87
Voltage 0 1.17 Volts [0x49] (CPU VCORE)
Voltage 1 3.20 Volts [0xC8] (+3.3V)
Voltage 3 4.76 Volts [0xB1] (+5V)
Voltage 4 11.39 Volts [0xB2] (+12V)
Voltage 7 4.65 Volts [0xAD] (+5V VCCH)
Temperature 0 67 degC (152 degF) [0x43] (CPU)
Temperature 1 48 degC (118 degF) [0x30] (Mainboard)

Is my 12v voltage bad? Its 11.33~11.49v

Using a Corsair CS750M, which has more than enough power to power my 300w system
