recently pc will suddenly shut down. once it shut down it will keep on off repeatedly.

somehow after i unplug and plug in the psu 20+4 pin then it will work for a few days. does this mean my psu is going gg soon?

any good psu recommendation? budget around 300-500. very old com, still running gtx970.
