Kingston v300 ssd
2.5 5400rpm hhd
Will 500w be sufficient ?
planning to go with built-in psu, avf.

The StrikeX unit isn't exactly a high quality unit either.

BTW, forget about that Kingston SSD.  Kingston has caught red-handed when they swapped the faster Toshiba NAND in favor with a much slower Micron NAND. icon_idea.gif

I'd suggest you to get a SSD from reputable manufacturers, such as Intel, Samsung and Crucial. icon_idea.gif
Note that the APUs are not terribly strong in terms of single-threaded performance.  You're better off going a FX setup rather than the APU.  APUs are only viable if you intend to game on the integrated graphics chip. icon_idea.gif

Which one could gigabyte 380w true watt support?

I highly doubt the old psu that used to power up a pentium 1 pc is reusable.
