Hello sifus , i need psu recommendation for this 2 set

Ryzen 7 3700X
MSI B450 Tomahawk max
Kingston HyperX Fury D4 16GB 3200
Sapphire Rx5700xt
Adata SU800 512gb

and

Ryzen 5 3600
MSI B450 Tomhawak Max
Kingston HyperX Fury D4 16GB 3200
Sapphire Rx 5600 xt pulse
Adata SU800 512gb

or if i go ryzen 3700x + rx5600xt / ryzen 3600 + rx5700xt , i may add more hdd/ssd/rams in future

psu budjet is around rm 350 or more if needed

atm my budjet is actually Rm 320 to rm370 , but i tried not to exceed rm 400

Hello guys im finalizing by build , so pls reccomend me what power supply is good for this build

Ryzen 7 3700x -
MSI B450 Tomahawk max
8GB x2 3200mhz D41 xpg spectre black
Sapphire Rx5700xt nitro plus
512GB transcend mte 220
Phanteks p300a with 2x 140mm front , 1 stock fan rear , another 120/140mm top

Current option is fsp raider ii 750w silver (please tell me if this is good for my spec too tyvm)

Any other option within rm370-450? any more and i have to change spec tyvm , several option would be good so i can chose within price limit

Sry abit newbie about psu , whats the difference between leadex ii and iii and is this psu reliable ( 650w) for long term use?

i got a newbie question , should i turn off the power supply switch ( the switch at the back of psu) everytime i shut down pc for the night? my set up is like
wall socket -> avr -> pc , i usually switch psu off and then turn off avr after i shut down. Just want to know the effect of leaving it on or any risk.
