and in case you refer to sales thread, here it is  rclxms.gif

We knew already regarding seasonic reputablility. But,do you know about Intel Haswell's Zero Power States?

QUOTE
The 4th generation Core processors have
new C6 and C7 power states that require
your PSU supports a minimum of 0.05
amps on the 12V2 rail. That minimum is
well below the previous minimums set by
the Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge
processors, and is not supported by all
existing PSUs. The reality is, if your PSU
doesn’t have support then a Haswell chip
could make your entire system become
unstable unless you disable those low
power states.

Haswell aimed to conserve as much power as possible. This is great improvement for laptop or mobile devices since battery life always short.
Guess we just need to wait the Haswell release and see if got new type of power supply that is designed for it lol  laugh.gif .
It will cause headache for people who target to upgrade their existing rig to new mobo + cpu if the power supply dont work.
*
....and that includes me.. sweat.gif

Wonder if X-660 would suits haswell's needs.Only heard Enermax series, some of Corsair's and Seasonic fanless series which compatible with haswell ATM.. hmm.gif

Hi sifu. Im planning to customise a rig for my lil sister..

I want to know is FSP Hexa 400W reliable ? I'm from Sarawak thats why my choices for PSU is limited.

The specs would be roughly like this to keep the cost as low as possible.

Intel G2020
4GB value ram
Asrock H61
WD Blue 500GB
DvD writer

Is FSP Hexa 400W enough to power this ? No graphic card. . And if I do want to add, it should be HD7750 or HD7770 in the future. So is FSP Hexa 400W enough ?
*
Yes.It'll be good enuf.

Your wish will be granted. ...thats all I will say brows.gif

Superflower has released a 94% TITANIUM psu but a certain competitor has sort of black mailed + rating in creating this grade category. The psu is rated as platinum still. We have considered offering Superflower psus directly but there are some concerns with regards to service that we still havent ironed out. This service can be found on all rosewill branded psu. From computex I have also learned of the 7 year warranty game and why some manufacturers still stick to 5. This we will leave it for another day.

You can always get a custom sleeve extension with semi modular. Tbh if one knows how to cable manage...even non modular makes no difference
*
I've heard about Superflower's Titanium rated PSUs before. But i thought it's just a rumour since there's no news about it till now..and now i knew what've happened to them.

Hi need help, i think my cooler master RS450 not powerful enough to power up GTX260. No display after install the gc but the fan is running.

can recommend reliable power supply me? Budget around 250.prefer less than 200. The cheaper is better of course. Thanks.
*
You need at least a good 500W PSU to power up a GTX260.For that, you can consider :

- Enermax NAXN 550W RM215
- Corsair CX 500W RM199
- FSP Hexa 500W RM149
