For those having heating problems, the left side of the keyboard is the most used area for gaming(normally).
Nostromo best choice for gaming while going out, so light and it looks awesome with the lights. But the part where you have to setup the interface to work with every single game you have is tiring. |

Tried out Crysis 3 on my Y580 last night, was getting good fps on 1920x1080 with medium settings until I walked up to one of the windows and it had a slight fps drop. Looking good on my lappy though, sadly what Crysis 3 did was just take the engine from Crysis 2 and add LOADS OF particles.

Installed Tomb Raider and DmC on my Y580.
Tomb Raider not having really good fps on 1920x1080 with or without TreesFX. But with TreesFX on I can get decent fps on 1366x768. DmC working well on mixture of High and Ultra. |
