just got the u2010 with 3.5G. Beautiful device....will need a couple of days to get use to it...a couple of questions

1)anyone knows where can I get 1.8 pata zif ssd drives in malaysia?
2)where i can get drivers for the sierra wireless mc8780 for ubuntu?
3) ubuntu 9.04 or Win 7 ?

vista on u2010 is really pushing it.....takes a real genius to put vista into a atom device...

tks deeplyheartbroken...i think i will wait for the kingspec SSD from Conics..not as fast as samsung or intel...but at half the price

does your ssd makes a significant impact on speed on your u1010?

yeap 1Gb RAM is certainly a challenge for most MS OS....heard good things abt WIN 7...but ubuntu will take WIN 7 to the cleaners.....that's y I am bias towards ubuntu as the OS...read that everything works on ubuntu including the buttons and auto rotation....but the WWAN for the sierra wireless is one heck of a lady to tame... Still reading up on the sierra wireless thingy b4 I jump into it.....
