All these are my explanation but he as the mod refused to accept. I've been trading in lyn GS since 2008 and i have no issue towards all the buyers except one, the lousy customer. He not only refused to pick up my call and never bother to answer my postings. To explain why i get the dispute tag after so long is because i offended a lyn staff called fruitie.

Initially i wanted to help this absurd lady on her problem, however she replied me with a sarcastic remark. So when i answered her with sarcasm, she then put dispute tag on me. I even reported her unethical behaviour as a lyn staff and misused her power to her advantage... rolleyes.gif

Last but not least, i hope you don not act as bias mod and think like one of them. Question to ponder, if i'm truly a conman then why there's only one thread http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2316288 opened to condemn me? Meaning there's only one person out of so many forumers who just want to sabotage my business....Dont you think it is fishy? hmm.gif

I know eventually this thread will be erased by apis but at least i have done my part to explain and take my right to correct unfairness and biasness... tongue.gif

One case alone only means you are being irresponsible in that case. You keep claiming people are framing you but the thing is i have never seen you explaining the case here in public. Never not even once. Each time you replied and claim you already make everything clear but all your post were nothing related to the process of the case. We need explanation and evidence to judge. If at the end of the day you does have the story and evidence to back you up, im sure the mod will be brave enough to stand up and say sorry. And you will have your reputation back. But you keep saying people is biased without proving to us why they are biased?

Btw for all the buyers that bought stuff from you before, i have not seen one who has come out with any supportive claim against you. cheers.

The problem now is you havent tell us why you claim your set as SME when it is AP?

And what is your solution for this?

Answer me this and everyone will understand and judge. You never want to tell your story. Dont keep blame the buyer.

DO you admit you sold AP set device as SME? and WHY tell buyer its SME when its actually AP Set?

Answer this 1st?

First and foremost, if you are here long enough, you will know Staff or Moderator cannot issue dispute tag. It was given by the Admin. For your case, se7en. So, don't keep saying I misuse my power. And yes, we know about your reports against me but your defence is weak. Reasons as below.

You have a case here on dispute section, you refused to reply and still roaming in the forum. Not until Apis posted on your thread, you replied on the thread. Why there and not on your dispute thread?

You only have yourself to blame, you didn't post on the right thread to explain yourself. Failure to do so will grant you the dispute tag.

I'm done with my explanation.

Dont call me boss la...im just a small trader who earns a little for living. ok back to your question. The answer is NO. I did not sell AP set as SME. The lousy buyer knew this at first but he made up the story claiming i sold AP as SME set. He was unsatisfied with the warranty issue of the set and requested for money back. I told him, once sold considered no return. Btw, i also added the ap set is warranty by reputable local distributor and the warranty is as good as SC. I think the later story made up is well explain on his complain thread....

Nevertheless, i think all of us are exhausted with the fiasco and i did take initiative to contact the lousy buyer but failed. Now, i just defend myself and if the mod still find my explanation is unacceptable, then i have nothing to say. If the lousy customer ever read this, pls come forward and let me know what's the problem of the warranty issue. I will play my role to get it done cause is still under warranty nevertheless.

We, seller here is just cari makan only. Sometimes we never earn any profit from selling all these fast depreciating value gadget. This is not like last time, where traders can earn a lot. All are yesterday story. Pls be considerate to let people another path to earn living. All we demand is peaceful, trustworthy, and long term business if possible.

Your fault in your sales thread you did not clearly state the phone set as AP and not SME...Why did you not state this in the first place? There's no evidence and it's your words against the buyer.

...and why did you not reply in the dispute thread opened by the buyer but choose to ignore?

So, you still got the PM in your inbox? It can be as prove coz i recall chin_kh asked you whether its a SME set or not in your sales thread. Curious of what you reply. A few interested buyer above asked the same question and u just replied UGPM, so there is no prove yet you didnt claim it as SME set or AP set. thumbup.gif

Summary of Case ( For those lazy to read the previous dispute case)

1. Suntzulee sold a phone to an unsuspecting buyer claiming it as original SME set but in fact its AP set

2, Buyer responded by demanding a refund.

3. No reply whatsoever from suntzulee. Dispute case filed against him back in April 2012.

4. Suntzulee was asked to respond to dispute case but no reply whatsoever from him.

5. On Nov 29, he was given a dispute tag for his refusal to cooperate. ( Intentionally avoiding buyer)

6. Opened another dispute thread(this) claiming moderators of siding with buyer. LOL



Conclusion: Avoid this guy when buying your electronic gadgets. He clearly has intention to cheat the buyer into buying an ap set with the price of the original SME set. About couple hundred bucks more expensive.

2.Ko pegi tak layan,siap active forum lain lagi.
3.Orang dah gang up kacau ko,baru ko nak layan.
