Another classic case of building trust and then running off with all the deposit. Not the first time in LYN really.

For all those still holding back, make the report NOW. If this guy is indeed a foreigner then anyone have friends in Immigration Department do alert them to keep a lookout for this dude. If this guy is wise he would have planned to run out of the country already.

He's totally Bullsh***ing you. Why the flying crap would Maxis or any other telco for that matter ask for payment screenshots? Much more on a deal that was made on a public forum? Also he is the dealer shouldn't he have sorted this with Maxis himself?

sign up the 2yrs contract few months back with him, got the simcard pretty fast (Thanks god), but the free Corby 2 still missing ever since... sad.gif

Call up Maxis, and they say the phone already sent out months ago.... address sent is somewhere in Penang.  sad.gif

More indication this guy has already planned this all along, months ago in fact. According to few forummers here the guy is residing in Penang.

So it's currently safe to assume tash sent the phone to himself using his customer's money. hmm.gif

He should be given dispute tag already becoz of so many unsettled cases with his previous customers and should warn others of his bad ethics. To me it's plain simple...if he did not deliver after getting the moneys from his customers then he should return their money. If he didn't return the money then he's a scammer! vmad.gif

It's 100% considered a scam already. Just read all the complains from majority of his customers who did not get their phones, sims or subscription applications.

The guy took his customer's money and ran. Also if he's a legit reseller why the need to do all this and cause all the trouble? rolleyes.gif

There are still people waiting for tash to return and willing to believe what he said? doh.gif

Use some common sense, the guy misuse his own customer money he collected for his service and whatsmore Maxis and his so-called agency reported he didn't even pay for most of his applications and is unable to find him. He's doing few small refunds to specific customers beforehand so he can keep you all distracted. Sounds to me that guy is currently using your money for some other gain, probably for his own personnel investment.

Just go make a report and push him to refund, the guy is obviously playing with you all for fools.

There is no doubt, you don't need to be Sherlock to figure that zeeraq IS tash or at least directly related. Based on Apis findings just look at the following keywords for both of their thread:

QUOTE
Maxis, 3G Unlimited, Corby

Also Their post was done more or less during the very SAME occurrence of tash's own disputes not to mention both was involved with the same dispute with Frogcat previously. Either it's a Big once in a blue moon coincidence or least they must be 'VERY Close' butt buddies with one another. laugh.gif
