If you notice in the youtube link, it say USD250 without taxes. This is also consistent with the price in WP central where they factor in the tax. So I think you won't get it for lower than RM750.

LOL, Lumia 620 is made in Finland? A little surprising as all those news said Nokia is trying to cut cost and even Lumia 920 is made by Foxconn (IIRC, do correct me if I am wrong, thx).

Nokia still own some factory, don't think if Lumia 920 is built by Foxconn

dimension wise, i would consider 620 as currently using lumia 800.
