QUOTE(YouDontKnowMyName @ Dec 24 2012, 11:00 PM) Just sent my S3 to samsung SC @ federal highway this morning. Problem : 2 hairline cracks Result : Warranty claim successful. The guy who served me was very very nice surprisingly, i just told him that the cracks came out suddenly few days ago and it's a common problem. He didn't say much and just told me that he will be able to claim warranty for me as "LCD faulty" as exterior damage is not covered by warranty or something like that. Gonna take at least 3 working days to be done. Anyway I'm really happy about it. Good job Samsung |
