Thanks for the reply.. yea previously I have try that restore before which is "Restore missing apps with data" only. after the flash but some of my apps seem to be not working especially those that I have purchase such as the Smart Tools and Nova prime.
I have try to reinstall one of the apps via play store but when I wanted to reinstalled it, I was asked to purchase.
Is this normal??? is there anyway in can backup the purchase apps in play store?
Just fyi my device is no longer stock... rooted with custom ROM and stock kernal.

Just use back the exsiting id in tb. once you use back the exiting TB in it will restart and you just restore
Nope..latest batch comes with JB 4.1.1 right out from the box. Bought one for my friend two weeks ago

just want to check with u guys, if we install custom rom and kernel, than our phone encounter sudden death, so, did SC accept the phone? because the phone is modified.
Just dun let them know..... warranty should be ok .. anyway when sudden death, they also cannot switch "on"
