If at Lowyat..be there before 9am. But again it depend whether got spare parts or not.

You pay later after repaired. Yes can use credit card.
Always change full set..do not accept if they say can change the glass only.
Again..fast or slow depend on spare parts available or not.

Certain phone can change separately between the glass and digitizer..certain phone cannot. Even if S3 can..avoid it as many cases where the digitizer kaput in short time after changing new glass. Get a full set at one go. Save your money and headache later on.
Regards which SC..any which one is the same. All depend if got spare parts or not when you come.

Get MobileOdinPro instead of the Lite (free one).
It will make easier to flash new firmware without losing your root.

Try Lowyat first since it easy for you to reach there. Go early morning then ask them how long they need to replace your screen. If got spare parts..ask them politely whether the technician can replace the screen on the spot. Give them some logic reason such as you need the phone urgently or you going overseas day after tomorrow..or something like that la...lolz

Ppl tend to buy more on blue and white colours compared to brown..grey or red. So that Samsung authorized shop keep more stock on that two colours. Easy to sell..more profit..lolz

- you download new firmware from Sammobile and put the zip files in your phone.
- unzip that files into .tar.md5 files.
- open MobileOdin and click at Open file..
- search and put your firmware .tar.md5 files
- MobileOdin will auto fill that files into separate section such as cache..param..kernel.. etc..etc
- tick/enable everything in Everroot section. (Inject Everroot inject SuperSU and inject MobileOdin) This will keep your phone rooted.
- flash firmware and you're done.

Why not using JB 4.1.1 instead of ICS 4.0.4..?

Modem..and sometimes language and extra apps that not available here.

I'm on 4.1.1 local firmware. So far none of the apps go freezing.

Check your charging status and see whether it's on AC or USB

Duhh..charging via PC usb of coz slow. Try restart your phone and charge again via AC

Oo..you're using LTE version. Then better wait for LTE firmware. Dont flash the 9300 firmware or you might bricked your phone.
