urm... i doubt that it's easier. actually i'm not very sure bout all these things. but my sis is in NUS now... she scored all A in her stpm but failed to get pharmacy ( the course she wanted). she was given biomedical science and she accepted it. and after that she got asean scholarship. according to her, she loves it there but the workload is killing her slowly.
