Just curious, how do you guys remember the procedure for experiments? hmm.gif

Especially length experiments like the J-tube one?

A coincidence , or were there tips floating around about the experiment ?
My school decided to use SBP's trial papers for most of the subjects ( except for the languages , Maths , and history ) , but I didn't do any of them . It's good I think , at least the results will reflect what I studied .
*
Actually, my teacher hinted very subtly not sure if anyone else manage to picked it up, but we'll see, about that. If really tips floating around but not many manage to get good marks means? hmm.gif

Yeah results will surely reflect on what have one studied, even if one has all the tips in the world but never even touch textbooks, it all will go down into the drain. laugh.gif

For BM and English essays, does organization matter?

Just asking if anyone knows.
*
It does, the unity of paragraphs that are appropriately linked plays a role.

Seems like I'll be the only one venturing into Science .

It's disappointing , really , students choose the Science stream not because they are passionate about it , but because they were forced by parents/teachers or considered SPM Arts Stream as inferior to Science .

The only reason I'm so motivated to excel in SPM is because of the Science subjects .

I took since because Idk like science and more options brows.gif

My results are terrible.
Physics - 40
Chemistry - 24
Biology - 42
Add maths - 19
Maths - 51
Sejarah - 50
Bm - 58
Moral - 43

Haven't got my english papers back yet. I don't even know why I'm posting my results here. I failed 6 Subjects during mid terms though. sad.gif for moral essays, I got 3/10 and 10/10. Basically. I messed up my second nilai for the first essay. So embarrassed of my results..

To get above 40, you'll need to demonstrate English proficiency similar to Americans, British or Singaporeans. It's close to impossible, unless you did what I said or come out with something extremely impressive.

No joke.

Yay means I got good English... laugh.gif whistling.gif CAE ma

I usually get around 43-47 for that part, this trial exam I get 44 tongue.gif

Thanks for your advice. I've always been deprived of ideas when writing the continuous essays. Same thing don't happen when I am about to write Chinese essays. I've skimmed through my friend's essay which gets 49 out of 50 and I found it was interesting yet impressive, although it is not lengthy but his points are strong and clear. And the most important is, he has only a little grammatical error.

He told me he used to read novels since young. I really have no idea how to improve my essay. I'm feeling of posting it here, is it okay everyone? Fyi, I just got 37 out of 50 which is a C-graded essay.
*
Yes, don't beat around the bush. KISS, with accurate grammar and wide array of vocab. I like argumentative essay...cuz no wrong or no right each to its own rclxms.gif

There is no clear-cut rule as to whether which activities or experiments will appear in either section . Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia comes up with questions not based on reference books , but their own question bank . I will list out some important experiments here next time , but for now , all I can tell you is that you should read all the experiments that came out in trial papers . Trust me .

Ok...btw I heard Hijrah coming out for SEJ this year.
