hi guys, i need some help.

i've just serviced my 2 year-old inspira with the authorized service outlets using the 2-year free service voucher on 15 Dec but i got charged an extra RM27 on the air filter.
the service center told me that due to the hike in price for the air filter, proton refuses to bear the difference so i had to pay the extra.

the service center boss told me that they were not able help on this matter because it was Proton that refuses to bear the cost. The boss advised me to take it up with Proton.

I called Proton iCare on Monday but so far they have been telling me to wait while they investigate this issue.
I'm beginning to think that they are trying to delay this issue long enough to make me give up.
Guys, according to the service center boss, i'm not the first person affected by this, which means, it's just a matter of time before you all get affected also.

Any ideas how to escalate this issue to someone in Proton who will attend to it immediately? I just want my money back.

I'm planning of selling it after 5 years so there is a 2 years gap there without warranty

shell ron95 31.58l @rm60 clocked 375km with mostly smooth city traffic driving... gear changing at 2.5krpm till 5th gear maintaining at 80-90kmh cruising... usual gradual accelaration will reach 3krpm very easily instead of 2.5krpm due to lcp...

went genting hill climb on a rainy nite... rev response is faster when flooring the pedal... lots of wheel spin even on 2nd gear... will see if grip improves when put on 18'' with 225/45 tyres...

bro maybe u can put before and after.. eg

before rm 60 - xx km
after rm 60 - 375km

btw urs is 1.8 or 2.0?

Bcoz inspira maintenance very high. That y proton give 3 year warranty oni.    U will regret buying inspira. Alot of thing need to be fix. 

Lol dont BS la. Proton QC where got better than mivec . Just very very concerned about reliability and cost of maintenance only. My current ride, Naza Ria given me so much problem till transplant engine. I estimate i already spend 20-30k on fixing that damn naza

Hopefully i only need spend a quarter of that maintaining proton car 

Pls buy other car, this car is very hard to maintain. A lot of things to mod fix
