for those who wanna get your hands on the otterbox cases can visit times square kl, they have a kiosk in the ICT mall

i said kies app for pc, not kies air

this kies pc contain the kies and of course the usb driver, u don't need to open the kies app for accessing ur folders in the phone, just run it one time for the driver installation, after that u can plug in and view from 'my computer'

get an app call idrive from app store on iphone, and same app on note 2. register with an email acc then select backup on the iphone, then sign in on note 2 and restore

note 2 also can do handwriting for chinese, just make sure u add chinese into ur input language in setting

i dun have an iphone now, i dunno how to help u but it does work. maybe u need another way to do it other than this app

there's no specific model of bt headset that particularly recommended 'for note 2'. i would suggest u go browse around shopping center and try them on coz everyone has different ear shape
