Hi Prince J,

Please change the black laptop's cloth case that comes along with the laptop. The cover caused the laptop's cover (white) became dark stain and unremovable. Even worst, my white watch also got the dark stain on it after I carried the laptop. We paid so much for the laptop but the case is worst!

Thanks.

Hi wkwong91,

That's very sad to hear that. In fact we have discontinued white color paint and we have upgraded our sleeve to v2 that doesn't produce any stain. I suggest you to use polish wax to polish your laptop cover and wash your laptop sleeve before first time using, that helps for most users.

Already used wax but the stain can't be removed. Will find other solutions to remove it.

Hey wong, you can send your laptop back to us we can help you to repaint it to other color. We can also exchange your sleeve to v2.

Hi, thanks for the good service. Unfortunately, I seldom drop by at PJ area. How long is the time for repaint the cover? 1 week? I will still prefer to repaint back to white. The sleeve I have washed but not sure it will still the same or not. FYI, I have stuck another layer of transparent skin to avoid the cover getting more worst. Most of the stain is located at the 4 edges of the cover. I can confirm not because of the paint drop off but is the stain itself.
