it's seems alot of people are having problems with laptops ...

i consider myself unlucky as i got a fail processor for my RE-15...just blackout after 2 hours after receiving it. but repair was quick. i immediately send it the next day and got it back 2-3 days after that. To be honest, I was quite surprise for the quick replacement.

anyway Prince J my laptop has the same problem with ben

yeah different but i think it has to do something with the interference i guess...because there are no problems other than it.
when u plug in headphones or listen to music it's just perfectly fine..
only when it is silence...then the buzzing only comes from the speakers itself...

opsss i meant faulty processor ...

oh ur was faulty motherboard?? but i think motherboard failure is hard to fix rite? usually is replacement for a new 1 rite? sorry not a computer expert but i think that is what happen most of the time?

so your laptop is still at service center?how long has it been? hope is with 7 days as they mentioned on their website.


oh ya mine was within 7 days so i get 1 on 1 exchange maybe that's why it was quick.

i feel you bro... unfortunately i am having the same problem and i don't think so there is any solution for it....
I guess it is most probably due to the magnetic field in the area...
send DOA back many times and eventually they couldn't detect any problem when it was in their hands.
guess we just have to bear with it


Prince is the speakers on RE-15 same with RE-17?

ehm power on during boot up also got sound..
but i think the problem is with frequency or magnetic field of the RE-15 speakers...
it happens to my external speaker when near around my RE-15 also..
even when it's not plugged in to the laptop just nearby...
