i think if u get other gaming series like asus, alienware, msi also if u send to centre in kelantan wont have stock, need to send to kl also.

just that u save the shipping money, but need to wait more.

Unfortunately, that's the sad case here for almost all computer brands
Acer is the only one which I can confirm has service centres here
for Samsung and Sony, I'm not sure their centres can repair computers or only other electronic items
however, I have higher % of going to KL than JB, that is why
