Hmm, I think SHC probably wont price it at same range with Verde and I wont be surprise if it higher range than Ara Green.

Which piece of land anyway?

Ppl say Bkt Jalil is going to be next Mont Kiara, but I think Ara Dsara would be the next instead of BJ.

If SHC price it at RM 650 psf, then maybe my expectation for them has drop. Though RM 650 psf is not cheap for lil info as above, but their pricing normally is out of majority ppl reach, circa RM 850-1000 psf.

Unless it is from RM 650 psf onwards, which indicated biggest size of 1,800 at RM 1.17mil and smallest unit should be higher than 650 psf. Or else, if 750 sq ft selling at RM 650 psf, I expected it is sold out within
one day for existing SHC buyers.

Just merely my prediction. I might be wrong.

Bcz SHC has great pool of supporters and long term investors.

Moreover, a size of 750 sq ft generally sell at higher price per sq ft.

If really at RM 650 psf, it has more room to appreciate compare to lesser known Verde's and Ara Green's higher pricing or size.

Bcz 750 sq ft price point is not as high as over 1,200 or 1,500 sq ft condo.

Doubt the buyer will buy 750 sf for 3 adults for living but if those really want really want good condo due to security or etc,and not willing to pay higher price tag, in future, its no harm that they buy this kinda size of condo.
