Hmm, I think SHC probably wont price it at same range with Verde and I wont be surprise if it higher range than Ara Green.
Which piece of land anyway? Ppl say Bkt Jalil is going to be next Mont Kiara, but I think Ara Dsara would be the next instead of BJ. |
