Moreover, a size of 750 sq ft generally sell at higher price per sq ft. agree ... there are See Hoy Chan followers, just like there are Tan n Tan followers ...
thats why these people managed to sapu the small units in Uptown (despite ridiculously high price), and leave the crumbs to public during 'launch' .. so I'd expect similar scenario for this .. the small units to fly having said that, I'll also be keen to drop by ..
