Where can I get some lifting chalk around the subang jaya area?

lifting chalk = climbing chalk.
personally, chalk > gloves. i personally start using chalk when the weights get heavy when doing singles or testing a new max. other than that, no reason to use chalk or gloves. gloves prevent calluses though if that is something of concern to you. |
