What is the maximum temperature for the chipset on dfi ultra-d? sometimes goes up to 60+ ... worrying about it.

i'd say 60 is way to high, bro...mine was 55c and already running around for a better solution...but i myself dunno what is the max temp and i wouldnt want to know coz not planning to go that high biggrin.gif

Max temp for the chipset is 100C ++

But keeping the temps low are better
This is for the LDT transfer& mobo mosfet coz if ur chips are hot it will effect the mosfet as they are nearby...

Also a hot mobo is not good sad.gif
It will effect the stability of your board
