It's been more than 48 hours since my order is due for shipping and yet, I have not receive even a puff of breath from the so called shipping specialist.
This is really one big mess and totally unfair to me when friends ordered much later than mine got theirs filled out while I m still in deep forest
I demand for my case to be escalated to a supervisor who's able to commit with certainty on when my November 27 order listed as an overdue 1-2 weeker can finally ship.
I really don't understand how a big company can screw up so royally on a simple premise of first come first served
Brittany, this rant is by no way directed at you but I have to vent my frustrations at such unfair practices taking place
------------- Google's fulfillment process is totally screwed up. I read that many on November 13th orders have still not been filled while some dec 7-11 orders got shipped. This is the worst ecommerce experience ever. Google really have made it so hard for us..  |
