They are not taking any deposits for pre-order. So there is no obligation or any contractual agreement that exists. Pre-order is on the "best effort" basis and if they failed to get any units for you, then you can't blame them as well.

I have my fair share of complaints with LG Secret (KF 750) last time and they told me they are unable to fix it, told me it's not worth to fix, better buy new phone. Went to some ah kau's shop and get it fixed for RM 250.

Personally I think Google has had enough headache when it comes to dealing with LG. If the supply issue is genuine, Google is taking the beat from its customer from the incompetent LG.

Droid DNA is not bad too. You should consider that as well.
