Still, try your luck to see whether can repair. I know insurance can claim you a NEW windscreen, but what precious is the factory bond that nobody can guarantee after windshield replacement. Besides, do you know windscreen can only claim 1 time? After you claim, until you renew insurance, you're no longer covered with windscreen protection. If it can be repaired, you can do partial claim. For example if your windscreen coverage is RM500, you repair RM80 as OD on the windscreen, you're still entitled RM420 coverage for the rest of the period of insured. Please consult your insurance COMPANY and see whether they allowed partial claim(I'm not talking about your agent - they probably helpful enough to help you send your car for windscreen replacement, so they can repair with louya glass and claim original price from insurance company).

Original windscreen replacement for SAGA is RM440 with sealant + labor, according to adjuster value.

How do we know if a replacement windscreen was properly installed?
