Because
- 1.3 has a cheaper standard variant which is around 40k
- not everybody like the bodykit, rims, smoked rear lamps and leather seats
- like you, they think 1.6 has higher FC.
- 1.6 runs on 15" rims, that means tires are slightly more expensive
- 1.6 does not have manual.
- 1.6 oni have red and white.
