i've been in analogue near 17 years.
and recently, every morning i woke up from sleep, there something discomfort on my breathing.
damn. that's why i'm feeling my consequences is around the corner.
who want to wake up every day with thinking:-
"ahh, i can't breathe in comfort, maybe it's a lung cancer?"
i've tried to quit smoke, using Niquitin, Patch or many med, but it make me prolonging demam and vomiting.
many my friend suggesting me to change to vapor, and i'm hoping it'll works. AND I DON'T CARE EVEN THE GOVERNMENT SAYS IT "HAROOOMMM"

welcome to the electronic world.

Yes bro, in regards to your "quit smoking" step with niquitin, patches and other medicated approach, you will face discomfort in health for at least 2 weeks. As for my case,

1st week - i was having flu, sneezing for no reason, and mild fever for a week.
Went for doctor consultation, and i did mention i stop buying analogs and did not smoke at all.
Doctor said your body are adjusting with the drastically reduction of nicotine and other cigarette resources, that is the reason you are not well.
2nd week - my flu ended but i continue sneezing, fever was off and on.

Now, i am much more healthier - i can feel the difference after quitting, my taste buds are improving day by day, i can smell like a K9 unit now LOL.

Now im on e-cig and i am happy with it.

Nevertheless, habit vs cravings. Hope e-cig will help you out. thumbup.gif

It is a good budget buy for a uncertain start. Easy to carry. Just vapeon with out the worry about voltage setting cos it does not have any to play with.
Downside base on my experience after my 2 week plus I am getting less vape time on my ego t(battery not good).

Vomiting some time might be nic OD ya. I got a friend who try on shisha/hookah keep on sucking it(I think he finish it less then 20 minutes). Cos he cant get the feeling/kick he usually get from cigi no throat hit. In the end he pening and want to vomit. Nic OD I guess.

Use Kanthal not nichrome, google 'Kanthal vs Nichrome' and you will know why.
As for me, I used to get mine from LeVaporz but website is no longer available, you can try VapingAsia.

Best Youtube vids on wicking your RAs ---> Scott Bonner aka igetcha69.

Happy rebuilding your atty.

Get the MVP instead, it's more rugged and heavy-duty compare to the vv.
the vv batt capacity is only 800maH, might as well get a few cheap EGOs with 1300maH batts.
the MVP has a 2600maH, that's almost 2 days of solid vaping without recharging, it's better than vv in every way.

Google around for YouTube videos for reviews on both before deciding.
hope that helps.
