welcome to the electronic world.
Yes bro, in regards to your "quit smoking" step with niquitin, patches and other medicated approach, you will face discomfort in health for at least 2 weeks. As for my case,
1st week - i was having flu, sneezing for no reason, and mild fever for a week.
Went for doctor consultation, and i did mention i stop buying analogs and did not smoke at all.
Doctor said your body are adjusting with the drastically reduction of nicotine and other cigarette resources, that is the reason you are not well.
2nd week - my flu ended but i continue sneezing, fever was off and on.
Now, i am much more healthier - i can feel the difference after quitting, my taste buds are improving day by day, i can smell like a K9 unit now LOL.
Now im on e-cig and i am happy with it.
Nevertheless, habit vs cravings. Hope e-cig will help you out.
