This product sounds pretty good - a protein that promotes fat loss at the same time. But, have anyone tried this stuff? Does it really get the job done?

QUOTE(painaddict @ Nov 28 2012, 08:51 AM) This product sounds pretty good - a protein that promotes fat loss at the same time. But, have anyone tried this stuff? Does it really get the job done? That statement doesn't make sense. Protein is protein. It is a combination of things that 'promotes fat loss' - Exercise, diet, caffeine, genetics, starvation, meal timing, etc.If the stuff has added caffeine or something then maybe. If it is a straight up protein supplement then it just helps you get to your macro goal. Anyway, I'd stick to whey protein and drink green tea & black coffee if you want protein and something else that promotes fat loss. |
