finally did my setup and super long cable from blacktubi.

bought e398 & a 10m cable to setup my antenna up up at my house roof.

although is a DC-HSPDA area. without antenna at good spot only max 6mbps - 9mbps

the speed of download was so disappointing.

Now when the antenna is up on top at the roof. finally i got the download speed of 1mb -1.5mbps (not constant due to 10 meter cable from roof to modem)
using IDM.
