hi bros..received the modem and plug n play but how do i get connected to lte? please guide me?..im only getting speed test around 1mbps..please note my area is covered lte...

blacktubi is a great help and good seller.
i was excited to get the modem since my area covered by lte maxis but to my dissapointment not able to detect lte signal..i duuno why..its not blacktubi fault... shud i go to maxis centre and ask for assistance? |

Just to update you guys and especially blacktubi...
i made report last week regarding not getting lte reception in my area..and guess what happen today..some maxis engineer came over my place and told me they have replaced bad sockets and they said i shud be getting lte reception anytime today..and woilah..im getting lte now..speed test showing around 40mbps...huhu..im happy now with maxis service.. |
